WEDDING

We can’t thank Clare enough for making our wedding in Rhodes so special.  She sourced Greek wedding planners and then liaised directly with them throughout to ensure everything was perfect for our big day (included a drinks reception the night before; flowers, table plan & menu for the wedding day itself; and a boat trip for all our guests the day after.)  Clare’s organisational skills are superb and we would highly recommend PartyQueen for any type of event!

Private Party - 50th Birthday Party

Dear Clare,
Now that the party is over and all is left are the great memories, I thought it would be appropriate to write and express my sincere thanks for everything you did to make it such an outstanding success and an event that Mark is unlikely to ever forget… in particular I would like to reference the following elements…

• Your exceptionally high standards of administration and planning, from documenting every element of the proposal and tracking progress through to your final communications after the event, ensuring I knew at all times what was agreed, when it would happen and what it would cost.

• Your flexibility in proposing a number of solutions when it seemed possible at the last moment that we might have to change our plans, through to your willingness to adjust the schedule on the night to accommodate the guests' desire to keep dancing!

• Your attention to detail, even down to ensuring candles were lit at the correct time, every single element of your plan was thorough and executed precisely as agreed.

• Your calm and unflappable nature that ensured I had total confidence in you and your plans and allowed me to carry on with my own work without distraction.

I really am delighted with everything you delivered and I have no doubt that I shall in future always call you the moment any thoughts of a party ever enter my head. I can't imaging doing it without you.

Just to say a massive thank you for all your wonderful work in putting on the ball, it was fantastic and you must be thrilled by how much was raised on the night - we certainly are here in fundraising! I do hope that you may have the time to come visit the hospital to see for yourselves the help you have given us and the wonderful children whose lives you have helped to save. Thank you too for looking after Lawney and I so well, it was a joy to attend.

In March, Clare organised a "PLAN for the Millennium Ball" in one of London's top hotels. The sell-out event included dinner and dancing and some lucky guests ended the night winning a holiday for two in St. Lucia, a two night stay at Champney's Health Club and a trip on Eurostar to Disneyland Paris. As well as being a wonderful occasion, the Ball raised a fantastic sum in support of PLAN'S work in Kenya. We would like to 'toast' Clare and her friends for their success and say a big thank you for all their hard work!
